Change a NCS file directory

Click the Satellites tab from the MCS main menu

Check the boxes next to the Satellites that need updating and then click the Advanced link.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Advanced page and check the Change Satellite File Directory check-box.

Now select the directory of choice for both Access and NQC. Click the Apply Changes button to confirm the change.

Note: If only Access Devices were checked in the previous step then the NQC drop down menu won't appear, and vice versa. Also note that it can take between 3-5 minutes for the new changes to take effect.
