Change Satellite Ports for Testing

Satellites have the ability to use ports other than the global ports set in MCS. This is controlled at the central MCS portal.

Click on the Satellties tab in MCS to view a list of Satellites that are currently connected. Locate the Server column. Satellites in server mode are indicated here.

You can select and update settings for multiple satellites at once, just use the checkboxes to select more.

Scroll down to the change server settings secion, check the box and update the port numbers accordingly. Once complete click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Update Satellite ports

Note: server mode setting is also part of this section and does not update itself to match the current setting. For this setting to remain the same it should match what is currently set.

To do that, first check the very top of the page where the current satellite(s) settings are listed and locate the server status column.

If the server status is disabled, set to none. If it's satellite, set to Satellite. If it's enabled, set to Satellite/Web.
