Data Controls

Hide public reports from non-database users.

How it works

Data controls govern who can see public report data in MyConnection Server (MCS). Public reports are results recorded against account ID zero, which is the account used for anonymous, browser-based public tests.

Exclude public reports checkbox
Data controls

Exclude public reports

When Exclude public reports is enabled, all public reports (account ID zero) are hidden from any user who does not hold the database privilege. Administrators and database users continue to see all data.

Note: For this control to have any effect, the public user must not have database access. If the public user has database privilege, public results remain visible.

Tick the option and click Save changes at the bottom of the page to apply it.
