Overview
Conditions are used by the publishing engine to control when reports are published. If a report is dependent on a condition, setting it as true or false allows the report to be published only under certain circumstances, such as a satellite work order completing.

Add or Remove a Condition
Adding a condition to the text area enables it. For example, if a report is set to depend on the condition monthend and monthend is in the condition list, the report will publish.
The absence of a condition in this list means it evaluates as false.
